Military Supplier Website Redesign

Our client - http://www.shrikeindustries.com/index.html supplies products to the military.
They are looking to update their existing web presence.  They want an "Iron Man" look.
Striking colors (Steel gray / blue, Deep reds / sheet metal, carbon fibre).  Very slick.

Project Deliverables -
I need a photoshop PSD file.  I already have a developer who will slice.
The site should be laid out as header, nav, content (with left addt'l nav), footer.
I'm willing to "profit-share" as well as write a letter of recommendation.  Additional work could come your way if the design looks good.
