We are bootstrapping this project so we cannot offer money. We will be happy to provide letters of references. When income begins to come into the site, we will share that income with our contributors. Also, if possible, we plan on hiring contributors for ongoing part-times roles within our venture. We wish to publish your work, we will not need to retain rights or ask you to surrender any rights connected to your work.
